How do you scrap digitally?
First you need an appropriate program for the job. There are a wide variety of programs that will accommodate this task, but the most commonly used programs are Photo Shop, Photo Shop Elements, Paint Shop Pro, Digital Image Pro, Picture it, Photo Impact and Corel Draw or Painter.
